Go to “Customer Service” module and select “Customer Management”.
Click on the “+” icon to create a new partner.
Fill in the required fields
⦁ Fields marked in red are mandatory.
⦁ First Name and Last Name will be auto-filled after entering the “Full Name”
⦁ Select customer type.
⦁ Assign a Sales Rep.
⦁ Select the default Job Type.
⦁ Assign a group.
⦁ Set a Lead Time for delivery for the customer.
c. Main Address
⦁ Enter a shipping and billing address.
⦁ If the ship to and bill to address is the same, click on “Same as Ship”
⦁ Set credit limits, discounts/factor, currency and default payment terms.
⦁ Tax codes will be set automatically depending on the shipping address of the customer.
⦁ If the account is exempt from taxes, click on “Tax Exempt” and enter a tax exempt code.
⦁ Set a minimum or standard deposit.
Click save to finish.
